Lemon Balm has many applications. From gut soother to stress reducer, it also contains rosmarinic acid which helps for hyper thyroid. I use this for this is gut & stress calming effects but suggest it to my clients suffering from hyperthyroidism and Graves.
Love this brand for many years now, and love this tea, because it helps me relax. I will say, however, that the freshly-grown variety from a backyard garden has a stronger concentration and relaxes one more.

First time trying this tea by Traditional Medicinals. I had tried blends from other brand that included Lemon Balm, but not by itself. I like it! A natural flavor, not artificially sweetened. Definitely light and with a soft citrusy flavor to it. Relaxing — great wind down tea. Will get it again in the future!
