I wasn't sure at the start, but I'm I can say that its my 2nd time, I'm using it for my toddler and it definitely helps the immune system(1st time was just a regular cold, 2nd time daughter has Covid). I like the ingredients, but I'd say that it lacks vitamin C . I'm not a doctor, but this was our paediatrician recommendation if we take it, to add Vitamin C also. The taste is not great, but if we take a look at the ingredients it's worth it, and it's not a big deal. Overall good product.

But the taste is not sweet. My children age 7 and 10 are not so happy to swallow, but tbey must to. I use 2 spoons per day. Not so frequent. Hope they will improve immunitet.Size is normal for 2 weeks. Package is safe.

My baby has been taking ChildLife Iron and Vitamin C, and she loves them. This time, I bought First Defense to help her get rid of her residual cold symptoms. The smell of First Defense isn't as good as the other two, but my baby has no problem with the taste. Her symptoms haven't gone away yet after taking it for two days, so we'll need more time to see if it helps. But during this flu season, having a supplement to help support the immune system seems like a good idea.
