Traditional Medicinals is one of my favorite tea companies that is reasonably priced and accessible. The taste of this tea is fairly mild with a nice zip from the mint. This is a great tea to enjoy when life starts to feel overwhelming.

This is now my most favorite tea! It has a lot of benefit especially if you are stress cause it helps for stress relief. Quality ingredients. Tastes good with or without honey. I use it as a morning and afternoon tea. Caffeine free. Frequency, serving, size and package is good. I mixed it with hibiscus tea and it creates a cool fruity citrus blend.

The flavour isn't what I was expecting. I was hoping it would be more minty or you could taste the lemon verbena, but it's very bland.
