Doesnt cause any discomfort to my stomach. Contains numerous strains to colonize our gut. Hence , i highly recommend it. However, it is still advisable to alternate different brands with different strains to populate your gut.

I have had constant stomach trouble for a year and a half after getting a parasite from food in Africa. After all the antibiotics I had to take I basically destroyed my stomach. Then developed colitis and had to take 6 weeks of steroids. In a year and a half the longest I went without urgent diareah was 4 or 5 days then I'd get it again from something small I ate. I started taking these about a month ago aswell as eating a low fodmap diet and working hard to reduce stress that I developed from being sick for so long and over time I noticed I stopped worrying so much about my stomach and have now managed to get through a couple of weeks with only the odd mild stomach upset. I'm hoping this is what was needed to fix the damage that was done. I believe it takes alot of time to heal gut health, nothing will work overnight but I'm sure these have definitely helped slowly fix things.
These are wonderful,, Usually I dont like complex probiotics, or the ones mixed with vitamines or enzymes!! They dont work for me.. But These are basic , essential and powerful probiotics. working great!! Please keep it good as it is
This product has high quality ingredients and it was working for me...but its time for me to change and alternate between products. My digestive track is very different for some reason.

This product is excellent. It worked quickly. Been having stomach problems for years. Have been using so many antacids got tired of it. I don't feel gaseous, bloated, or nauseous much anymore. And I do feel more energetic. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
A wide range of probiotics in a large number. If you want to maintain your guts health or are recovering from an illness, this would be an excellent choice. More doctors advised me to take especially these probiotics.
