This is so effective for period cramps especially when you don’t want to take too many pain killers. I’ve used it even for endometriosis painful flares and it really helped! It’s best to take it as soon as onset of cramps and can be safely repeated without worrying about side effects. The tablets melt in the mouth, they have a slight grainy and sweet taste but nothing annoying or overpowering.
The quality of the product and ingredients in it are great it takes me quite a lot of dosages to get my pain to come down but I also have severe chronic pain so anything at all helps to get some relief and improvement from the pain! It has great benefits would definitely be buying this again and would recommend it dissolves on tongue fast and doesn’t really have a taste
If you experience very mild stomach cramps during your period, it might help you reduce the pain. But not for me, every month I always have very painful and stomach cramps during menstruation. Sometimes my whole body hurts and it is difficult to stand or walk, and this homeopathic medicine does not help me reduce the pain at all. I have to take this homeopathic medicine with the medicine I usually take which contains chemicals and the advice of my obgyn doctor is also the medicine, and then the pain will reduce a little. So in conclusion, this homeopathic medicine is not useful for me. The price of this medicine is not cheap, for me it is very expensive for 1 box. It's just a waste of money.

I don't like taking tylenol or advil for cramps and wanted to try something more natural. I found this and decided to give it a chance. It works really well! I only had to take two on the first day of my cycle, then my cramps disappeared. I didn't even need to take more on Day 2- the relief lasted my whole cycle. The taste is not notable. Tablets are easy to punch out of the packaging by hand- no scissors needed, which I appreciate.
Yes and no, For heavier cramps it just didn't cut it and I had to turn to a NSAID. Okay for other menstrual symptoms like bloating. I will continue to use it up and see if it is more effective in the future because homeopathy works differently than traditional meds and they are certainly easy to take with no side effects.
