Got these when I started breast feeding my second child. They are really easy to swallow compared to others pills I've had to take. They are a bit expensive, but I see it as I'm not buying formula, so I can invest that money in making my milk more nutritious.

I used it with my first baby and found it great for overall health and recovery. However, a word of caution, when I started taking it 2 weeks postpartum with my second baby, my bleeding increased. I went to the ER thinking it was a complication, but nothing was found. My doctor advised pausing omega-3 until 6 weeks postpartum. It’s effective, but best to use under medical guidance during early postpartum.
