Please when you place orders, think about the rest of us. This creatine is the only one that works for me. Everything else I have tried just doesn’t do anything for me. The powder has a great texture and it mixes well with water or other liquids or even with a protein shake. You can take this pre/post workout the results will be the same while i always prefer to take it 30-60 min before the workout. What you will notice most from taking this regularly is: less muscle soreness, improved strength, sense of having more stamina and energy and over a longer period, like 30 days, you will see that your muscle mass has increased. In addition is creatine & hci beneficial for your bloods sugar levels and brain. Note that it is easy to use and there are no side effects ( nor bloating).

I really like the way this dissolves in water. The one I previously bought was gritty and sunk to the bottom. Unflavored? I think not. The taste is very tart. Not a bad taste though, I actually like it. The main negative here is the scoop. The handle is less than an inch long, so it gets lost in the jar and by the time you've fished it out, your hands are covered in powder.

I’ve been trying Muscletech Cell-Tech Creactor (unflavored) and so far it’s been a solid pick. The powder dissolves cleanly in water without any grit or residue.
