I love that this product is medical grade. I have been searching for high quality collagen and this is it. I have had no side effects, like I did with various powders. I take this at night and stopped for 6 m which resulted in my having a hard time staying asleep at night - now that I'm taking it again , I did notice I sleep longer at night.

I took it for 3 weeks and noticed some of the white and red body lines disappeared . flavor is good it's like juice or candy . my knee is better I would rather if the package is glass .
