This collagen really surprised me!!! After a few days of taking it I already noticed a significant glow on my skin. My skin is also brighter and fairer especially if I take the full dose but when I do so it kind of irritate my stomach. I guess the full dose is a bit potent. But my God my skin looks great I also have no trouble sleeping I did get 1 big pimple though I guess it was like an initial reaction of the collagen.
