It's hard to find vitamin c on this website with a reasonable dosage. This one doesn't exceed the daily value and it tastes great and convenient to take. I take it with calcium to improve the absorption.

This was something I was addicted to in the winters especially. It's small, compact, easy to carry with you in your purse or anywhere and everywhere. Just a few sprays in your mouth, and the taste was good. Everybody who tried it liked it. I also used this as a gift to give to others.
