This product works somewhat like a vapor rub and also somewhat like Tiger's Balm. I used it for the vapor effect while experiencing cold congestion and it worked really well. Good value and a little bit goes a long way. Does not stain clothing or sheets when used properly.

use a small amount that is all that is needed. My 3rd degree burns have closed, I used this because my skin was a bit itchy (from healing). YES, I have extremely sensitive skin, get hives so easily. This is great! The size is big enough to last a while, but still small enough to be portable! It benefits my small aches and pains in my sore muscles. This should not be ingested, so I cannot comment on the taste. The dose is just a small dot to use as needed.
So glad I bought this. Wish I got it sooner. Helps suppress cough especially at night when you’re trying to get some sleep. I only have to use a pea sized amount. Definitely see the benefits.

I used the Olbas oil on my neck and tops of my shoulders when I get a headache. It works great! Intense menthol feeling so I usually have to put a jacket on if it makes me feel a little cold. Thought I would try this salve and it works well too. I'd say a little diluted as it's mixed in with cream. Both are excellent products and I would highly recommend!!

the scent is refreshing, as if I'm in the woods. I used it to massage my stiff neck. I'd say it's quite mild. maybe better to use for cough.
