It's a good body oil available at a great price on iHerb. I really like the warming effect it has on my body when I use after a my shower when I go to gym. This is a high quality essential oil ,that is used for tight/ tensed muscles or Inflammation of muscles and tendons. it is based on Arnica, Montana, that is known for its anti inflammatory and pain relief qualities. the scent of the oil is fantastic, the size of the bottle is quite big- it lasts for few months. I use it alot to massage my 9 yrs old soccer player and he really loves this oil
