My kids have been taking this for more than 6 years now. It is very tiny pill (ball) so very easy to take for kids from younger age. One of my son is a picky eater, so this is one of his supplements to take everyday so his gut health is great. He hardly gets sick also, so the benefit is great!
Size is small balls but easy to chew it. Smell and taste is ok. Not as good as kids dental probitic but similar good. My kids like it. Use to chew it, before bed time. Package is ease to open for my kids so they take it alone. I am only supervise it. The quality for this brand is common perfect.
