I am trying to loose weight in a healthy way in a hectic study+work+exercise everyday life. I want it to be vegan, give me protein after my workouts, not be tons of soy - and preferably taste good too! I am trying almost all vegan+gluten free shakes on iHerb right now (you should see my cupboard!) This is hands down the best-tasting shake so far. It's brilliant. Now it's not raw food based, so it wouldn't be totally fair to compare it to raw brands, but for being really healthy and non-raw; absolutely brilliant buy. I have previously purchased Naturade's TotalSoy but I find they have a cardboard-like aftertaste lately, even though I have checked the date on them. And they're soy-based anyway. This is my new go-to, definitely. I will buy lots and lots more. It's good on it's own with icecubes and water so every meal is just 160 calories. It's sweet but not sickening sweet so this is a great dessert or something to calm my sweet tooth in the evenings!

I LOVE this mix. I've tried others and the taste is underwhelming, and the consistency is too powdery. This is the right consistency to mix well without poofing into a cloud of dust. I love the plant-based, vegan approach. The container is easy to access, and I always feel sated afterwards. I'll have a shake before a workout, or if I'm in a hurry, and they always sit like good meal. Love it!
Honestly, this is a pretty solid all-in-one vegan shake and it feels like a convenient “cover your basics” type product. I used it mainly as a quick meal replacement or breakfast option on busy days when I didn’t want to think about food. It mixes fairly easily in a shaker, and the vanilla taste is mild and slightly sweet, nothing too strong or artificial. For me the effects were neutral but useful. It kept me full for a while and made it easy to get some protein, vitamins, and minerals in one go, but I didn’t notice anything beyond basic satiety and convenience. It’s more of a practical backup option than something you feel working, and it fits best when you just need something quick and complete without preparing a full meal.
As a 72 year old female vegan who runs and swims and is all around active, the VeganSmart, All-In-One Nutritional Shakes, whichever flavor, have played a large role in keeping me fit, nourished and energetic. The 20 grams of protein after a work-out have been very important to my well-being. All the essential amino acids along with many well-balanced, nourishing ingredients make this a must-have product for me. I add the powder to 12 ounces of very cold water and shake. I like to use one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of chocolate. It blends beautifully, has a creamy texture and a taste that I enjoy. I am very grateful to Naturade for making this product. I really am!

This is one of the better brands of vegan protein powder I have tried. Chocolate is my favorite but i have been getting vanilla since it’s out of stock and it’s good too.
I lost weight because of a bowel disease and I couldn’t gain weight for long time. Then I started to drink this product and it added me a few kilogramm back. I love that it is plant-based, it contains enzimes, vitamines, and of course, it tastes really good.
I use it with almond milk as an after-lunch dessert and it has just the right amount of sweetness. Unlike other brands, it doesn't have a "I'm eating ground vegetables" aftertaste.
