This is hot!! Do not use fingers to apply. I use cotton pad or tissue paper to avoid contact with fingers. It will burn your fingers for many many hours. When apply on my neck and shoulder I quite like this burning sensation. However my husband who has slip disc dislikes this sensation on his lower spine. Choose Glucosamine MSM & Arnica. That one not so hot. Both work very well to relieve pain. Fantastic I would say.

I apply this cream to my ankles, knees, even my butt (for sciatica pain) and spent most of the day pain-free. *** You MUST thoroughly wash your hands with hot water and soap after applying (due to the capsaicin). It burns like H_ _ _ if you touch sensitive areas (esp. eyes).

Great Value for Money! The composition is quite thick and has smooth feel to it. i'ts very effective on muscle pain and soreness. it really adss benefit on my back pain. The age is quite new and the package was secured. it's a medium size. very nice quality and very useful. it's a floral scent.

It's a really nice, useful cream. Not greezy by its composition. Includes capsaizin so tigles a lot. Not the kind of a smelly one- more a scent of eucaliptus.

You don't need much at all, use is easy,. it hel ps when I put it on my neck for neck pain. The scent isn't too strong and the heat really helps. The quality is great as are all Now products. The size is perfect and a good value for the price.

I was trying anything for hip joint pain, including this, until I realized it was a weeks long reaction to the latest Moderna vaccine. Sticking to novavax from now on. This did NOT help joint pain and it stung, so I cannot recommend it. But I am very sensitive so if you have a thick skin, keep an open mind.
