I wasn’t too sure about how this would work and how strong the scent might be, but gave it a try anyway. Hubby likes it better than what you can get at the drugstores. Surprised me as he is very finicky about the lingering smells these type of products leave. He gave his stamp of approval for the tiger balm. It would very well on his painful knotted back muscles. Putting it on before bedtime helped him sleep better and woke up with less pain that lasted throughout the day.

I suffer from chronic pain in my lower back and knees and I am ALWAYS trying new topical creams. The product contains the precise ingredients and in correct ratios to help with muscle soreness and stiffness. The cream does have a sort of a "menthol" odor to it but it doesn't matter to me because the cream works. It's odd this product isn't sold in stores anymore so I was so delighted to see it on Iherb, no matter the price. As a topical cream pain reliever snob (I've used biofreeze, Bengay, topricin, max freeze, salonpas), this is hands down my favorite over the counter topical cream next to a prescription strength cream. Always wear gloves when applying, you don't want your eyes to feel "mentholy" if you rub them! Highly recommend giving this product a shot if you have bad arthritis and sore muscles.

This really works for arthritis! My family had been using for years! The scents are great! The stronger the better, we've been using Tiger balm since a child! Great qualities so far! Hope it's not going to change! It got rid of arthritis on my knuckles!

Purchased to use on my partner's ribs when he was sick with pleurisy. This cream helped relieve his pain and discomfort, allowing him to sleep better. The cream is thin and liquid-ish but easy to use.

Great alternative for meds, it’s really strong, I get really bad knee and pain hip so I’m an avid user of tiger balm, it smells strong so be advised that it’s going to stink like menthol. It does help with pain. Easy to use, the pump makes it easy to use,great size, it’s not too heavy or greasy, clean ingredients. Good for arthritis it’s effective!
