I have tried many Melatonin supplements and I found that most don't work for me. Don't be fooled by this kids formula and packaging. This is the real deal and it works for adults too. This is the only melatonin I would take as an adult. Please like my review if you found it helpful.
These are perfect for my ADHD kids, and much cheaper than the scripts we would pay for locally! Taste great, super easy for them to have, and work amazingly! Kids are usually asleep within 30 minutes, which is the right time for melatonin to kick in, so that's how I know the ingredients are quality! The fact that they are chewable are even better. No chalky taste.
