I have been plagued with GI discomfort my whole life. I hold my stress in my gut, eat for comfort at times (things that are less-than-ideal for me), have bloating, pain, acid reflux. Yay. The glutamine is soothing for the gut lining and the orange vanilla flavor is mild but highly palatable. I take in the evening to relieve much discomfort.
This is a great product, does what it's supposed to do. However, the turmeric taste is very strong in this one and can be too much with regular use.
