This is a handy good quality magnesium topical spray that I use at home for tensed shoulder ache after hours of computer work. It helps to relax and destress me. There is no scent and it does have subtle warming sticky residues remains after spraying. I would just simply wipe it off with slight moistened tissues. In order to have a de-stressing bath, I would spray my body (take note not to spray when you have any wound cause it will sting) and will massage abit to let it absorb and have a warm bath after that.
