I bought them to support my boyfriend's digestion, as he has many problems. He seems to be improving, but I don't know how much to attribute to this supplement, and how much to the others he is taking. I can say that Zinc L-carnosine is very important to heal his stomach inflammation, and he needs probiotics to maintain his good bacteria, so he will continue using this supplement.
