Almost all of them are stuck to the individual plastic bags they are individually wrapped in. It seems that the sugars in the ingredients have melted at room temperature and stuck together. Looking at the ingredient list, each capsule is on the high side at 25 calories, but considering that sugar is only 6g, this is a reasonable value. The product has a refreshing lemon scent and a gentle sweetness, with a lingering aftertaste of Manuka honey.

It’s hard to find natural cough drops without added sugar so I gave up and bought these lol. They really do cut the cough and soothe the throat. I like to keep a box on hand in case we get sick. I also like to keep some in my purse just in case I’ve talked too much.
