Decent preworkout
I like the fact that it mixes very well with water. The taste is good, but not very strong when mixing over one scoop with 300ml of water. The added creatine is a nice bonus. The only issue I have with it is the efficiency. My workouts are not a lot better. The recommended dosage is too small for me to get any noticeable benefits for strength or energy. As a result, it’s an enjoyable quality preworkout that’s not strong enough.
