It’s a mint, it doesn’t dissolve very quickly and it refreshes your mouth. I like it after coffee or food it makes you feel fresh again and it protects the teeth after acidic drinks and foods. Overall and even though I thought it was gum I really like it and will buy again. Regardless of the brand I felt that xylitol gums and mints really helps with my teeth sensitivity and overall looks and whiteness when taken after drinks and meals. I love these mints, they taste great and refreshing, they are good for my teeth because main ingredient is xilitol. They do not contain any sugar so they are good for my diet. Mint size are small. I take 2 mints 3 to 4 times a day after eating and after brushing my teeth before bed.

We have been ordering Spry mints now for over a decade. The taste, container, and size of the mint are what we like best. It is a nice container to keep in the glove compartment of the car for when you need to sweeten up your breath or starve off dinner without having sugar or candy.
