I'm on my second bottle now. I haven't really seen a difference in breast size and I don't hink this is in any way meant to increase the breast size. But more of a supportive supplement for overall breast health. They do feel a bit perkier. Not as a breast lift, but more firm. I do still have my period, so I cannot say what effect this supplement will have on postmenopausal women. As far as I can see this supplement does not have a (negative) effect on my hormonal cycle. Just in case, I would advise people with specific breast issues to consult their doctor first. With such products I sometimes read reviews about fading breast lumps etc. But please, don't try to self"medicate" with this product.

This is my first supplement I've ever had and I really liked it because the quality and ingredients are really good. I'm taking this on a regular dosage and it seems to benefit my body. But it's really hard to get once it's all sold out. It took me a full month to have them

I’ve been taking these daily for only 1 month and I can already feel a difference. I rarely track my period because I can always tell when it’s coming by my cramps and breast tenderness but this month I had almost no symptoms which NEVER happens for me. I’ve also noticed my mood has been more calm and didn’t get as intense mood swings this period. All in all realllyyyyyy helps with period symptoms. I will update in a few months on the curves;)

I bought this because I like Natural Balance products and the ingredient list looked good. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. There is no strong smell and the bottle was well sealed when it arrived. I take it daily as part of my routine and it is very convenient. Can't see any result yet but no side effects so far, I will continue using it and see how it goes.

It contains fenugreek as one of the ingredients and I’ve read that the benefit includes giving the girlies a boot. Not much taste to eat and it’s the normal capsule size. Dosage is 2 capsules a day and I honestly just take it anytime during the day when I remember to.
