Tastes and smells similar to coffee but has its own nice distinctive flavour - Tastes really good ( just with level teaspoon in a mug) with a dot of honey and small splash of soy milk in the morning and makes me feel very satisfied. Be aware that ONLY this size is organic - the other sizes are not - some have been caught out by this (since all the sizes are listing on one page as though all same product). It's serving me as a great way to diet by just having one cup a day as I find I am not getting urge to snack or eat such a lot. Has a diuretic effect so don't take at night unless you want several bathroom visits! I'm glad I purchased it, tastes good and healthy and my body likes it :). Hope this has been helpful to you. Dandelion leaves are, like all bitter greens, very supportive for the liver. It's amazing that roasting them turns into this flavor that's so similar to coffee. I like to add it to my smoothies with some cacao powder to give a mocha flavor.

This coffee has excellent ingredients and taste but if you are sensitive to acid, do not think it goes unnoticed in your gut. On the bright side, definitely better than having caffeine and can fool your brain to get out of the habit. However I would like it to have more product because it runs out fast.

But surprisingly, it actually is quite smooth, and does taste like coffee. I added skim milk and will adjust the amounts until I find the best amount for me, but I absolutely like it.
