Magnesium Oil Night Spray, 8 fl oz (237 ml)

This is the first time I try magnesium oil. I use it for cold knees because of the freezing air conditioner we have at work. I only use it when I need to before bed which relieves my knee pain. I always feel my knees are feeling better the next day and can endure the cold better. It didn’t really tingle or itch at all. My teenage sister and mom have used it too and it didn’t cause any discomfort at all. The oil is light and absorbs fast, smell is not bad. Size is great will last me a whole year! Very great for muscle recovery, the smell isn’t bad but it’s not either. I rub it in my feet and it instantly relaxes me to sleep, if you want something to rub on your skin and not a fan of consuming extra pills this one is for you. The application is easy but sometimes the spray gets stuck, and spreading the product is a hassle tbh. But it’s definetly effective for sleep or for when my muscles are sore I spray over it. I don’t use it frequently.

Love this spray. I used in the evening spraying on my sole and calfs. Offers good sleep and helps alleviate muscle pain after the gym.

I bought two magnesium oils from iherb, and this being one of them. This does the job in making me sleep soundly at night. But i found the other one to give more effects. The other one helps alleviate my period cramps. So i might just repurchase that one next time but use up this one to avoid wastage.
