i usually wake up with very stiff finger joints. after using this, my fingers are definitely less stiff when i wake up in the mornings. it's also very moisturising, like a watery moist cream. my hands also look younger. love the vanilla scent! excellent quality. you only need a little cream, so this bottle can last quite long. will surely purchase again!

I previously bought the magnesium oil spray version from Life-flo and liked the effects. Unfortunately, there were some problems with stinging as well as absorption. I would be left with briny residues on my legs. When I saw that there was a lotion, I decided to give this a try. It absorbs perfectly, has a thick moisturizing texture with shea butter and a cozy warm vanilla scent. I use this before bedtime on my legs and any aching joints from vigorous work- outs. It may be a placebo effect but I do think there are some benefits. Magnesium is supposed to be relaxing and have other health benefits. Dermal absorption is also supposed to work better than oral intake which can upset the stomach.

When I applied it during a leg cramp, it relieved the discomfort significantly afterward. However, the lotion is quite sticky, which is a slight drawback.

The scent might be my favorite part of this lotion but I bought it because my muscles love the extra magnesium. Before bed I massage my legs or sore muscles and a little goes a long way. If you use too much the lotion will just sit on top of the skin but after a few minutes will start to absorb nicely. I have found it is great to use on a bloated belly before bedtime too.

Amazing magnesium lotion. came packaged well and undamaged. I workout everyday so it's a game changer for sore muscles and tendons, I use it before sleep and apply it on the area, even helps with some injuries. quality of the product is very good, easy to apply and gets absorbed quick. I personally hate vanilla scent but the vanilla overall smells good. pretty big for the price and lasts alot because you dont need alot of lotion. noticeable changes in muscle and tendon freshness.
