True Herbs, Fenugreek, 100 VegCaps (620 mg per Capsule)

Its not my first time taking fenugreek i used to drink it and i have to tell you it can make u smell like curry when you sweat no joke lol so I don’t know why some ppl say they smell good after talking it!! Because there’s no way they r being honest… anyways it has so many benefits for the hair so i open the capsule and mix it with rosemary water and spray my hair with it. Nice packaging tho and i hope i will see an improvement in my hair soon cuz i just got it🤍

I have been taking this supplement for less than a week and have not noticed any visible changes... But today, after the sauna, I was sweating profusely and I could smell a very pleasant sweet aroma from my body! Oh my God, I smell like the pancake under the maple syrup my husband usually eats for breakfast. It's an indescribable feeling! It means the supplement is really working! I hope to feel the other positive changes soon. But for now, I'm very happy with how it's performing

I would like to leave my honest review. I don’t know why, I saw it happened to many people but, today I noticed that I smell like curry. I don’t like curry, I don’t like the smell of it, I don’t wanna smell like it. I don’t know if I am taking the wrong dosage or whatever, but the smell is not pleasant, doesn’t smell like maple syrup, it is really unpleasant. I am taking 2 pills per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, as the package says. I didn’t see benefit from it or any improvement, I do crave sweets more, I don’t know if it’s connected but it happened in the same time. Quality is good, it does taste like spices or herb somehow, but it smells weird. If someone knows or had experience with it, please, let me know if it stopped or i should stop taking it. I’m taking it for 2-3 weeks now. I have my question in. Q&A on this same product, if u know something, help, please!! ❤️

I take it for digestion and to help balance blood sugar. I prefer Solaray, Vital Extracts, Fenugreek

Tried it for milk supply and of all the different herbs I tried this seemed to work well which surprised me because I had read some people's experiences online that fenugreek tanked their supply. Each person's experience could be so different. Worth trying perhaps if nothing else is working
