I’ve used black cohosh off and on for several years for hot flashes. Just recently I noticed I was getting terrible headaches in the middle of the night after taking a dose before bedtime. I stopped taking it and the headaches stopped. So I’m off it for a while.
Recently switched to this Black Cohash and have greatly improved in much less night sweats, and have not had a hot flash in a couple of weeks! Tried another brand and didn't notice a change. I'll buy this again and recommend it.

Did not seem to help much, but made me overly tired. I'm going back to the liquid extract. But I'm a lightweight, so if you're heavier it may be a better dosing.
