Solaray’s Horse Chestnut is a good quality supplement with an excellent blend of active ingredients, combining horse chestnut and butcher’s broom. Each serving size gives a good dosage of 400 mg of horse chestnut, which I find very beneficial. The package size of 120 capsules is convenient and lasts a good while. As usual, I take herbal supplements on an empty stomach by pouring the capsule’s contents into a small amount of warm water with honey or maple syrup (to improve taste) . This method works well for me, and I really like this product.

While advertised for lower limb circulation, I have found it helps relieve the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, allowing more complete emptying of the bladder. Will see if it actually has any effect on PSA levels(by shrinking the prostate) in a few months
