The price was right. It was easy to take and no after taste. The effects was great. I had a lot of energy I could think clearer etc. I know this is a good qaulity vitamin due to the way I felt and I didn't have an upset stomach. Great Vitamin to take.

I'm always searching for a b-complex that doesn't smell so strongly. This does smell. Oh well, it does do what I hoped it would in giving me the vitamin B boost I need. I also LOVE when supplements come with a flip top so it's easy to get what you need. Don't buy it for the fliptop, but it is a great vitamin and the fliptop makes it better.
