The package took a long time to arrive but the quality seems great. My husband is taking it to help alleviate hyper-hidrosis. It's too soon to say if it has helped. But I like that there are added benefits of sage for overall health. I appreciate that this doesn't have added fillers or other ingredients. Also, it's much easier to take sage capsules than constantly drink the tea.
