I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a little over 12 months ago and rather than going down the injectable path I decided to give this Intensive Bone Formula a 12 month trial.. i got this for my mother to help with lumbar spine, its been a year and she feels great. for sure we did implement other protocols along with this supplement formulation. so this does contribute to the positive result

This formula has all the important ingredients to support bone health/strength.

Have tried a few calcium products but can't feel anything with all of them. However, the list of ingredients are all good and holistic for bone building. Main grouse - super big bottle and having to take 10 capsules a day which is challenging. Will continue but hope daily dosage & bottle size can be reduced.
