I use this frequently when I pet sit. I have slight allergies and this helps keep my nose from running when I use it. I did find that it really helps with the Sarah desert dust that blows in every year. Two years ago I had to get an inhaler. That was the last time I've needed one. I use this more affordable solution.

previously I used a store brand knock-off of this, but the ingredients were slightly different. I like the store brand much better. this has grapefruit extract in it, which I can smell and I find weird to be spraying up my nose. it also doesn't seem as effective. it's really good having xylitol in a nasal spray thou, lots of studies on its effectiveness. the tip of the bottle is also starting to smell stale after not too many uses. I'll use what I have but won't repurchase.

Nice packaging, sprays easily. Seems to shorten the duration of runny nose, so more effective than just regular saline sprays, not too strong so the kids can use it too. Little to no scent, mildy sweet taste if it drips to throat during use so kids don't protest too much either.
