It's great. Start with half serving and work your way up over time. This will give you the biggest caffeine rush/shakes. It will make your heart race and it will give you the workout energy you need, but be careful bc it can be overwhelming if you're not used to it. I drink a pot of coffee every morning and the caffeine doesn't effect me. A half serving of this and I feel like I just snorted a whole 8 ball of coke in one go, and feel like I could run around the world so fast it doesn't look like I moved. It gives me the shakes and sometimes it's overwhelming. Everyone's body reacts different, so just adjust to what your body needs.

This stuff is potent! I just can’t get with the skin crawling feeling that pre-workout gives me from the ingredients. Either way, every time I use this, I turn into Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson at the gym, regardless of how tired I thought I was. It makes me feel like an Olympian going for the gold medal. The last time I used it, I was in beast mode at the gym for 4 hours without even realizing it. Like I said, this stuff works great and makes you get the most of your workouts.
