This is the best of the best protein powders I have tried so far. OK, it takes a couple of days to get use to it, however knowing the fact that is clean without artificial sweeteners makes it great. I use it daily / 3 workout or before sleep. With someone with thyroid immune disorder I find it great as it doesn't make you bloated nor anything. Only thing is that you need to switch your mind for couple of days to get use to no taste feeling. Recommendations add some cinnamon or raw organic cocoa.
