Used it while recovering after 1st trimester sickness. Seemed to help with microbiome and gut health and overall feeling better. No constipation and regular bowel movement while taking these probiotics.
This stuff in incredible! I’m 10 weeks along and have been having the worst bloating/constipation. I noticed the effect the day after I took it (which was at night). I’ve now been taking it for 4 days and I feel soooo much better. The bloating has gone down significantly and it helped with my bowel movements. I was worried it would make my gut all bubbly but that never happened. Great product!
These probiotics are of good quality, with organic ingredients and great benefits on gut health. I regularly use probiotics and this time around, I wanted to try if this supplement could help with an ongoing skin inflammation as I read somewhere it could be useful. Sadly it didn't bring much relief in my case after 30 days, but I am still confident as to its many other benefits on the microbiome.
