I have been taking these brain mushrooms daily for several years. I am a fan of the Host Defense brand for their quality. They were sold out for months during 'covid times' and I really noticed a difference. This particular formula has the best mixture of mushrooms plus additional benefits. As someone who suffers from long term Lyme, I can not be without these.

I just started taking these and haven't seen the effects yet. I think it's something you have to take consistently for a while before seeing the benefits. I've used products from this brand before and saw benefits after a bit. Ingredients seem good and it's a trustworthy brand.

This is a great mushroom supplement that has several in the ingredient list for brain support and other great health benefits (like immunity and energy)! The capsule size is easy to swallow. It feels like a quality product and I appreciate the nice packaging. I noticed most effects after taking consistently.

I don't sure that it actually help to my brain and memory, but I hope that it helps. And I like that the product contains gingko.

Using this product i notice an improvement in memory recall and how fast it can think of an answer to a question. I trust the quality. Happy to repurchase.

This product he do what he says indeed 👍 great quality mushroom .. clean ingredients and components organic , the size is good & the package is beautiful., the benefits from the product you can see it after one week I guess ! Love this superfood .. and there is no taste !
