Quality of this product is supreme, all ingredients are manufactured in USA, for a trial, this size is great. When taking mushrooms you should probably take it with meal, they can mess with your digestion, personally I would start with just one pill. Package could be glass, I don’t like plastic bottles.
I bought tgis for my mother. Unfortunatelly, she could only take it a few times, as it vonstipated her really bad (she had a lot of digestive issues that were kinda under control but after she took these, seems they started again) On the other hand, I also took them and had no issues. So I think one should be carefull at least in the beginning.
