I only use Host a defense products now for fungi and 100% believe in the quality ingredients and wellness benefits. These mushrooms are grown so carefully. Watch the video on Netflix! I have not gotten colds, covid, flu or anything for years… I attribute my immunity health at 62 largely to this superfood product.
This is a great turkey tail. I’ve noticed it’s better to start slow with turkey tail as I have had healing crisis after taking it.
I really like this tincture since it is from the fruiting body and not the mycellium, which means it should be more potent. I also trust this brand,.
My doctor recommended using this product to help detox and strengthen my immune system when I was suffering from a severe sinus infection. I have to say it worked great. I felt good about the brand as I know the Fungi Guy is the #1 mushroom expert and his products are excellent. The price was lower from iHerb than other places I looked and the shipping was fast. I'm glad I found it and will use it daily to keep my immune system strong- especially during flu season.
The powdered form is good but can leave you too full. This liquid form seems easier to take. Tolerable taste. Can dilute in some water.
Great supplements, helps with energy and makes me feel more energetic and focused bout twice already. Put it in my morning coffee! Will order again!
great quality as always from host defense. nothing negative to say. great dropper as its lid. tastes weird by itself but mix it in some apple juice or something if you cant chug it.
Love this brand, no taste, using for immune system support
Tastes strong but I do feel good ever since I‘ve started using it. Hasn‘t been long but I feel like it‘s working. I always use one pump with my orange juice in the morning.
I'm adding this tincture to my other turkey tail capsule supplement. It works great all together, taking it 15 minutes before my meal. Thank you for health benefits and immune support!
