We don't really eat much carbs, our carb intake is pretty low. But my wife when she eats rice, she takes it with it, along with Appple Cider vinegar and berberine. We don't know if it works since she doesn't take it regularly and she doesn't eat a lot of carbs, but we take it just in case.
