The quality is good for a belt but when using it and sweating it might slip and make it difficult when doing sports. I wish there were sizes maybe that would’ve been more efficient. It needs a while to get used to how it feels. I recommend giving other products from this brand a try and use it frequently to see more benefits.

It suited me ! I like the packaging . The benifet I found that It Increased sweeting ,create heat around the waist area and provides compression and support the lower back and core. It’s very efficient.
