I tried using BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) supplements to support my workouts, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. While I’ve heard great things about its benefits for muscle recovery and reducing soreness, I didn’t notice much of a difference in my performance or recovery time. I also found that it didn’t mix well in water, leaving a chalky texture, which I didn’t enjoy. Overall, it didn’t provide the results I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t continue using it.

until i took it in the morning with eggs our energy comes from our muscles, and sodium + potassium pump. so after taking enough potassium daily to erase my low energy and palpitations, about 3000 mg of potassium citrate actually, i found adding amino acid Leucine + bcaa plus eggs benefiting in reducing my effective age as I an 69 in 2025

Maybe I wasn’t consistent enough, but capsules just aren’t my thing for this kind of supplement. It’s definitely affordable, though. I’ll probably stick with flavored powders instead.

I’ve been using these BCAA capsules around my workouts, and they’re very convenient. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave a weird aftertaste. I usually take them before and during training, and I’ve noticed that my muscles feel less fatigued toward the end of intense sessions. Recovery feels a little faster the next day as well. Overall, simple, easy to take, and effective.

Tried this and now use it daily and/or alternate with another L-Leucine so I get the best of all! Easy on the gut and easy to swallow.

The dosage is clearly stated and easy to measure which helps with consistent daily use. The taste is clean and not overpowering with no unpleasant aftertaste. Overall I am very happy with the quality mixability dosage and taste and would definitely purchase it again.
