I Been taking this supplement since January 2019 and I was 256 weight. today I weigh 195 and work out 4 times weekly cardio for 30 minutes and treadmill 30 minutes in early Morning. this supplement taste great with any juice and frozen strawberries pineapple with kale. you will feel full for three to four hours. I love it and will continue even after I reach my goal weight. You will loose weight rapidly if you include a workout plan weekly.

I’m a big fan of all of Garden of Life’s protein powders, but this one is definitely my favorite. Blends seamlessly into smoothies and helps me get enough protein (which can otherwise sometimes be hard as a plant-based vegan)

I love Garden of life as a brand and this product seems to be very good though its very activating so I can only use it with care. Not too much as I wont feel good afterwards.

I have tried quite a few protein powders and this one is my favourite! I saw this brand in a liquidation store for 29.99 and thought I would give it a try and I loved it! Nice creamy vanilla taste, not chalky like some powders and it kept my hunger at bay for several hours. I mixed it with almond milk. When I went to buy it again I couldn't find this particular one in any stores near me so I had to order it from I Herb. Unfortunately I was shocked at how much it was. I did end up ordering one but because of the price I will have to choose another brand which is disappointing because I do really like it. The price is just way too high. Other than the price I would highly recommend it!
