I absolutely love it... I have ordered a second one... It's just what I was looking for... Thank you iherb and garden of life... Were it not for the money, I would drink it everyday.. Exersise or no exercise...
Garden of Life organic products are my favorites. This Recovery product is amazing with the great flavor and has nutrients needed working out. Refreshing. Awesome!
I love this stuff. It tastes great to me, like a little bit of sweet tart candy. So happy they came out with natural stuff instead of that junk Gatorade, poweraide,,, Bad for you with lots of sugar. I looked up organic electrolytes and this came up ,but I don't see anything about it. I bought this for while I'm working out, but today it is helping me with my upset stomach. I've been dehydrated and it seems to be working.
My teenage son uses it after training, he likes it a lot and says it helps to recover after sports. This is his 3rd box, he has asked to repurchase the same one, so I guess he is very happy with it!
Good product
Great for recovery after exercise
Better used intro workout so it starts with recover. less aches later on.
I do recover slightly quicker after drinking. Make sure you mix accordingly or the taste is pretty bad. Please make a new flavor. Not a fan of the lemonade
Good and great
Love this stuff from a trusted company this is a great product without all the calories Good for vegan gluten free ,dairy free soy free .What else could you ask for ?
