I get headaches from strong scents, this one doesn't linger. It is not an ugly, fake, floral scent as it has depth. The oil feels great too, I use it on my body, to mix with lotion that's not moisturizing enough, use it to massage, and add it do my hair. For hair, though, the softness does not last as long as products designed for hair. But I'm okay with that since it means it doesn't contain silicon like the rest.
