Taken daily it keeps your bowels moving nicely. We find it especially useful on trips as we both get a bit constipated when traveling for whatever reason. But Triphala rally helps that issue.
I use it for my gut that has been affected by antibiotics. Overall good product but the pills are somewhat difficult to swallow for me- they are dry and big. No gel capsules
Classic Ayurvedic formula for digestive balance benefits. Planetary Herbals has a good reputation and this ingredient quality lives up to it. Would prefer a larger count size, but the quality is there. Taste is neutral

Amla is one of the highest antioxidant foods on the planet, and Triphala (which contains Amla) is even more powerful. Planetary herbals has been around for a long time and seems to be a quality company that tests their products.
I find this supplement very effective. If you suffer from chronic constipation, this will help. I find this brand very reliable.
This is a good quality triphala, the size of the pill is a tad large- but I don’t seem to have a problem with swallowing, the dosage is 2 tabs a day. It detoxifies the body and has no after taste. I like that I can feel the benefit of the product

As far as your fall goes, I prefer the capsules or powder as the tablets are sometimes wondering if they are absorbed well and dissolve well. Still this seems like a good product and I love planetary herbals, especially their bupluerim liver cleanse, which is excellent.
Usually triphala works good for me but this particular product seems not to have any effect after 2 weeks of consuming. I have to use other herbs product additionally for a cleaning effect.
