I've been taking these capsules for about a few months now and I can honestly say that these are helping with my heart health per from my last check up.
Its an amazing quality product because its 3rd party tested for heavy metals and its organic wich means it has no pesticide and no herbicide. No GMO and you can get all the benefits of matcha with no stress of fillers and unwanted sugar. The ingredients are pure and comes from Japan and its the ceremonial grade
...but probably due to the cafeine(?) it makes it hard for me to fall asleep at night. I take 2 capsules in the morning and lie awake for hours. Now I only use it sparingly, if I have a tough day ahead. But I cannot say for sure if it is the Matcha that interferes with my sleep, so don't take my word for it!
I love Match for ages it is my favorite energy drink and it's amazing for the mind, the benefits are uncountable quality is really good highly recommended, no taste, it is a great diet edition to your life your body will thank you for it, size is good, the ingredient is pure.
Disappointed, 0 benefit. Bought 3 bottles to give it a fair go, my conclusion? You can definitely buy high Quality Matcha powder that's cheaper than this supplement, and the real beverage will actually do its' magic, unlike these capsules. Not worth it at all, invest in high quality Matcha powder instead.
Great quality product, will definitely get more soon. It is made of high quality ingredients. Plus the packaging were perfect. Very satisfied with my purchase.
Could be better honestly, quality can be improved, size is fine and packaging is great but not high quality
The quality is top notch, I’ve noticed beneficial effects on my digestion and overall health since starting
I appreciate the transparent sourcing of the matcha and quality of the brand in general. I also appreciate the glass bottle - minimizing plastic use in their packaging.
These matcha capsules offer a convenient energy and antioxidant boost without needing to prepare tea. I take one before my mid-morning slump and feel a mild, focused lift without any jitteriness. The capsules contain organic matcha and are vegan-friendly. The bottle contains 90 capsules, making it a good three-month supply if taken daily. Great for people who want the benefits of matcha without the prep.
