This oil smells wonderful and fresh. Just a few drops in some carrier oil rubbed onto the soles of my feet at night helps me sleep and wards off the frosty feet syndrome. Its not too strong so it doesn't feel burny, in fact you barely know its there.
I use this oil to combat nausea with motion sickness
