When my family and I had the flu, this peppermint oil was a lifesaver. I used it in a diffuser, it helps clear nasal passages and relieve congestion when inhaled, the cool, refreshing scent felt soothing and really made nights more comfortable especially for my kids My advice is to use a few drops in a diffuser rather than applying undiluted to skin and keep away from eyes For safe use follow product label and consult a healthcare provider if needed. I put a few drops onto cotton balls to stop the bin from smelling and keep the fruit flies away. Peppermint oil is the fragrance they hate the most. Seems to work well for this. But the fragrance is pleasant for humans.

I purchased this to scare the mice away from our shed and boat this winter. It seems strong enough to do the job. It’s definitely peppermint, but slightly less powerful than expensive extracts. The size is quite large compared to what I would have paid an arm and a leg for. It’s in a nice darkened glass jar. Now to get the energy to go out in the cold cruel winter air to set this up…
